The "Adriatic Shipyard Bijela" is the biggest shiprepairing yard in the Southern Adriatic. It is located in Boka Kotorska bay, one of the safest natural harbours in the world, and has centuries long shipbuilding and maritime tradition.
The Shipyard was established in 1927, and nowadays it has a large experience and extraordinary human, expert and technical capacities. LATVIA
Tosmare Shipyard (Area: NOR, SWE)
Liepaya - non-freezing port on West coast of the Baltic sea having very efficient geographical position. It is close to West Europe and it has developed traffic net. It is connected with Riga, the capital of Latvia, by a main road, distance 210 km.
Tosmare Shipyard was established on 1900 and it is one of the oldest shipyards in the Baltic region. Shipyard has a big experience in the various type ships repair. For the long period it was one of the main repair base for the Navy fleet in the Baltic sea.
Shipyard has 2 dry-docks of 187 m x 26 m and 220 m x 24 m. One floating dock with a capacity of 102 x 19,20 m.
ICELAND
Slippurinn Akureyri ehf (Area: NOR)
The main goal is to offer total service in ship repair and overhauling. Also on land basis we are working in miscellaneous steel- and mechanical projects.
Human resources
Our manpower consists of steelworkers, welders, mechanics, carpenters and workers.
We have qualified welders for all types of welding. In total we are app. 100 people in the yard in addition to various subcontractors.
Facilities
Buildings are total app. 4.300 m². One floating dock and two slipways are for serving the dockings.
Shipyard is equipped with one floating dockof 122 m x 23,30 m and 2 slipways of 80 m x 12 m and 40 x 9 m respecitively.
